
Goa International Airport – Interior Renovation & Upgrade Works
Project Overview
This project involved comprehensive interior renovation works at Goa International Airport, focused on enhancing passenger comfort, infrastructure quality, and terminal aesthetics. Executed within an operational airport environment, the work required careful planning, phased execution, and strict adherence to aviation safety standards.
The scope included replacement of the false ceiling at the 2nd Floor of the NITB, renovation and modification of RR12 Domestic Toilets, and installation of premium-grade carpet in designated terminal areas.
The false ceiling system was upgraded with fire-retardant panels integrated seamlessly with lighting, HVAC, and safety systems to improve durability and visual appeal. The RR12 toilet block underwent complete modernization, including civil modifications, new sanitary fixtures, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, and high-durability finishes to enhance hygiene and usability. Additionally, premium carpet flooring was installed to improve acoustic performance, comfort, and overall ambience.
